The Simple Word | Psalm 23 The Lord Is My Shepherd
The Lord is my shepherd; I’ll want for no more, In green pastures, He gives me rest to restore. Beside still waters, He leads my way, He renews my soul each and every day.
He guides me in paths of righteousness true, For His name’s sake, in all that I do. Though I walk through the valley, shadowed by death, I’ll fear no evil, for You give me breath.
Your rod and staff bring comfort near, They steady my steps, they calm my fear. You prepare a table before my foes, Your oil anoints, my cup overflows.
Surely Your goodness and love will stay, They’ll follow me all of my days. In Your house, Lord, forever I’ll be, Living with You for eternity.
